CCTV broadcasts Iran drone footage of US Eisenhower Aircraft Carrier entering Persian Gulf, echoing Iranian complaints that this is a blatant provocation.
Iran drones are said to be made with Chinese help, though CCTV is hush on this.
Release of Israel hostages and Palestinian prisoners proceeds apace. CCTV calls them detainees, Wang Yi uses term “people in captivity” but in any case, China media consistently present the story out of context, without reference to brutal kidnappings or the horrific events of October 7.
