Everything’s good in China, why it’s practically glowing red! Could it be any other way? With the advent of Xi’s New Era, only good news makes the news; bad news is for the cutting room floor, or bad countries. The triumphant will of one man is now so unswervingly in force guiding a pliant, prosperous nation that it is no longer necessary that file photos of Xi Jinping in action (action meetings, pointing at things, mingling with the people) be aired at the top of the program every single day of the week. (just most of the time) But even when you don’t see the man, you feel his presence everywhere. You hear him in other people’s voices.
